Little DragonsAges 4-7
Our Little Dragons classes are loaded with challenging, fun exercise. This class promotes increased balance, coordination, core strength, and gross motor skills. Students may also benefit from improved self-esteem, self-discipline, respect for themselves and others, and improved focus and attention. |
Beginners ClassesAges 8 & older, Teens, and Adults
Our Beginners classes are great fun! You’ll learn all kinds of new skills and techniques like striking drills, defensive moves, and cardio drills. We concentrate on Traditional Tang Soo Do training with a focus on better health, becoming a better person, and self-defense. Students will learn through a variety of proven teaching techniques. Benefits of martial arts training include self-defense, increased self-esteem, discipline, respect, self-confidence, and a stronger and healthier body. New students are welcome anytime in our beginner's classes! |
